It is amazing to notice that the sale of new home remains stable. |

Besides, it is the sale of new homes which has supported the real estate activity in 2010. But, the increase in the older homes’ sale is particularly relevant in this beginning of 2011. This points out with no doubts that the French people’s conviction for the real estate is getting back for only a few months. People have now realized that the crisis was financial and non real estate related. Therefore, they believe more than ever in the real estate activity as a conviction value in contrast to the volatile securities. Moreover, the strong home demands, as well as our region’s dynamism prompt us to think that neither the prices nor the sales might be getting down or decreasing in the early future, contrary to what it is being told and could be true in other regions. Which are the main directions that the real estate sector has or is going to take in the future? The involvement is not only strategic but also philosophic because it is essential for us to transform the territory we like in order to develop it but without ruining it.
