MEET MICHAËL BEN OTHMAN, GROUP DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR IN CHARGE OF OPERATIONS AT 369° AND INÈS PENARI, GROUP MARKETING DIRECTOR.

"AT 369°, EVERY DOOR OPENING REVEALS UNPARALLELED MAGIC, EMBODYING OUR COMMITMENT TO THE ELEGANCE, DIVERSITY AND EXCELLENCE OF SINCERE HOSPITALITY."
A SINCERE VISION OF HOSPITALITY"

a sincere vision of hospitality

The 369° collection includes 8 premium destinations nestling in France and the Caribbean. Proud of its roots, our selection is divided into three categories: mountain, sea and green. This diversity gives us a certain agility in the hotel sector and is reflected in the variety of our assets, ranging from cosy boutiques-hotels to vast complexes like the Écrin Blanc in Courchevel, not forgetting our recent acquisition, a 240-key hotel at the gateway to Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle.

A COLLECTION OF HOuses

In 2023, our collection will be enriched by a number of exceptional homes. The adventure began at the end of 2022 with Villas Rental, which offers villas, flats and chalets with personalised hotel services, complementing our preferred destinations such as Megève, Saint-Tropez, Saint-Barthélemy, Courchevel and now Méribel with Antarès. This offer allows our customers to benefit from our hotel expertise, in complete privacy.

the extra 9°

Created around 7 years ago, the 369° Hôtels-Maisons group stands out for its ability to renovate and reposition properties in popular destinations. A signature that continues to define our approach and the success of our achievements.

RAPID, STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT

Today, 369° has established its brand in France's most sought-after destinations, a rare feat in the hotel industry. From Saint-Tropez to Megève, Courchevel, Paris, Chantilly and Saint-Barthélemy, we are working to create synergy between our assets in order to meet the expectations of a loyal clientele. Our growth, with 8 acquisitions in 7 years, reflects a dynamic, orchestrated strategy.

MANAGING MULTIPLE PROJECTS

Every year, we manage several projects in parallel. We are currently working on the Arboisie, the Jangle Hotel (at the gateway to Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle) and the Château de Montvillargenne, to name but a few. With a constant flow of 3 to 5 projects in progress, our rate of work is high, guaranteeing continuous development.

FROM HOTELS TO HOUSES

Our hotel assets are nestled at the heart of strategic destinations where we have forged strong links. Managing exceptional properties with hotel services, targeting a curious and demanding international clientele, is a development strategy that makes sense.

PEOPLE AT THE HEART OF GROWTH

The Group employs an average of 300 people, rising to almost 650 during the season. Between October and November, we recruit around 450 people, mainly for our mountain establishments. With the growth of 369°, we have acquired a real talent pool, enabling internal mobility and establishing a strong employer brand.

150 YEARS OF COMBINED SECTOR EXPERTISE

Our team, made up of seasoned professionals who have been working together for some fifteen years, is the backbone of our operation. Having acquired solid experience in the management of hotels and hotel residences, we are now focusing on projects with character that meet the aspirations of a select clientele.

THE ANTARÈS PROJECT AND THE EMERGENCE OF A COLLABORATION

Joffray VALLAT, aware of its strengths as a developer, has built the jewel that is Antarès. When Joffray VALLAT approached us to understand our expertise, our collaboration was an obvious choice. We bring our dual expertise in management and operation to the table, ensuring optimum profitability and customer satisfaction.

THE MAGIC AT 369°

Our slogan, "When you open the door, magic is everywhere", perfectly sums up the vision of our hotel group. As creators of 360° value, we go one step further by adding a touch of magic, a touch of surprise... the extra 9 degrees.
