 Le Palace des Neiges

A LINK BETWEEN MONACO AND COURCHEVEL

One foot in the principality's crystal-clear waters, the other at the summit of the Alps: the art of living at its best. To satisfy a discerning clientele in love with both destinations, the Monegasque flagship humbly wishes to participate in the history of the Courchevel resort.

THE BIRTH OF A COLLABORATION

As always at VALLAT, exceptional encounters give rise to remarkable operations. Such was the case with SBM - the Monte Carlo Société des Bains de Mer group - a leading player in the Principality of Monaco, known worldwide for its activities in luxury hotels, gastronomy, leisure and business tourism, art and culture... An idea, a desire, a meeting, that's all it took...
"It's a great source of satisfaction for our group to succeed, for the first time in its history, in finalizing an international hotel acquisition project, and to do so alongside some of the biggest names in luxury hotels in the Alps. The future restructured establishment will be a new growth driver for us, with complementary seasonal human resources.

NEW ERA, NEW PROJECT

VALLAT quickly proved to be the ideal partner to accompany the SBM Group in its project to establish itself in the heart of Courchevel's Jardin Alpin district, among the resort's leading luxury hotels. Following the acquisition of the Palace des Neiges, in October 2023 the SBM Group, chaired by Stéphane VALERI, formalized its collaboration with Mai-son VALLAT, whose cutting-edge expertise in the creation of top-of-the-range mountain establishments is widely recognized. This major project is the result of a shared desire to develop a hotel program of excellence.

AN IMMENSE SOURCE OF PRIDE FOR THE COURCHEVEL RESORT

Maison VALLAT is particularly proud to contribute to restoring the prestige of an emblematic Courchevel luxury hotel alongside the illustrious Société des Bains de Mer, and to contribute to its international renown. For VALLAT, thanks to the Principality's first company, it is also the realization of the bridge it has always dreamed of between the two promised lands.

" It is highly satisfying for our group to successfully complete, for the first time in its history, an international hotel acquisition project, especially alongside the biggest names in luxury hospitality in the Alps. The future restructured establishment will represent a new growth relay for us, with seasonal complementarity for our human resources."
