One of our first major collaborations was the Chalets Ultima at Belvédère. This project was a significant undertaking, involving individual chalets with communal areas, catering to a high-end international clientele with demanding expectations. It brought a new dynamic to Courchevel Moriond. Another emblematic collaboration: Antarès Méribel. We worked hand-in-hand with Les Ateliers, a subsidiary of Maison VALLAT, on the interior fittings, tailor-made down to the smallest detail. We're very proud to have been associated with this magnificent project.
DO YOU HAVE ANY UPCOMING PROJECTS WITH VALLAT?
Yes, we still have projects with VALLAT! Every Tuesday for the past 10 years, we've been meeting Joffray on site and working together, close to the ground and late into the night, on projects, layouts, concepts... We're currently concentrating on the Palace des Neiges in the Jardin Alpin area of Courchevel. After contributing to the feasibility studies and making progress on the first drafts, we're starting to get down to the nitty-gritty with the hotel plans and exploring the potential of the condominium land. It's an extraordinary project! We're also making progress on Antarès Courchevel, like a hamlet of chalets on the Plantrey slope, and Opéra Palace in Mona-co, like a work of art overlooking the principality.
IS THE IDEA TO EXTEND THE PALACE DES NEIGES?
It's a question of overall restructuring, elevating the hotel and seeing how to use the available land to improve the whole. There's also a major landscaping issue at stake.
WHAT'S YOUR TRADEMARK?
We're constantly reinventing and creating. Joffray is constantly challenging us. It's a challenge, but it's also what makes our work exciting. We have a solid foundation of quality principles that we apply rigorously. We always strive to provide our customers with maximum well-being, satisfaction and personalization. Our team is made up of 12 people, half architects and half interior designers and decorators.
THE VALUES THAT UNITE YOU WITH VALLAT?
We set ourselves no limits, and take advantage of constraints to take on new technical challenges. We share a taste for challenge, a desire to constantly surpass ourselves, and attention to the smallest detail. We have a two-way view of our respective careers, which are growing in parallel. Our meeting marked a decisive turning point for our groups. Together, we've taken things to the next level, and it looks like that's just the beginning!
