In Courchevel 1850, construction on the Sivolière Hotel & Residence has reached a new milestone.
On Tuesday, September 8, 2026, more than 200 people gathered at the heart of the project for the traditional “Gigot Bitume” celebration. Tradespeople, artisans, contractors, partners, consultants, and teams from Maison VALLAT came together to honor those who contribute every day to the transformation of this iconic location.

SIVOLIÈRE HOTEL & RESIDENCE, A MAJOR PROJECT IN COURCHEVEL 1850
With an investment of 80 million euros and a total developed area of over 10,000 m², Sivolière Hotel & Residence is one of the major projects currently underway in Courchevel 1850.
Its transformation will soon give rise to:
12 five-star apartments, 15 new suites, an 800-square-meter spa, a 25-meter indoor pool, and a ski room spanning over 300 square meters.
These figures give a sense of the project’s scale, though they don’t tell the whole story of what’s happening behind the scenes.
