EXPLORE THE HEIGHTS OF MOUNTAIN REAL ESTATE WITH BÉRIL VALLAT, REPRESENTING THE 4TH GENERATION OF THE GROUP.

 
 
  Could you introduce yourself and tell us about your journey in the real estate world ?
 
My name is Béril VALLAT and real estate has always been a source of pleasure and interest for me. Representing the fourth generation working the VALLAT Group, I have been lucky to be able to explore different departments in the group, such as rental management, the family office, and of course transactions. Today, I am mainly involved in our mountain agencies. My whish is to perpetuate and strengthen the family legacy, being the great-grandson of the first hotelier in Courchevel, but also coming from two grandfathers and a father who real estate professionals.
 

How does you passion for the mountains interwine with your professional life ?

I am indeed passionate about the mountains. As a ski instructor and real estate agent, this unique combination allows me to offer our clients a new experience and to accompany them in discovering the gems of the ski area and those that we offer for sale.  
 

WHAT ARE THE MAIN CHALLENGES AND OBJECTIVES IN YOUR CURRENT POSITION ?

 
My role is dual and exciting. Firstly, it involves conveying the positive energy of the VALLAT Group within all our different professions and to unite the collaborations around the same challenges. I have to bring cohesion to our teams. Secondly, I am closely involved with each of our negotiators. My goal is to help them go beyond their traditional role as real estate agents and to improve them with the tools so that we can, together, bring out the quintessence of a property, create close relationships with our clients, and thus help to build their real estate dreams. 
 

CAN YOU SHARE MORE ABOUT HOW THIS PHILOSOPHY TRANSLATES INTO YOUR DAILY WORK ?

 
We strive to bring added value to each client, whether it's optimizing a property for sale, identifying the potentiel of a plot of land, or finding the ultimate gem to offer to one of our sellers to update their furniture to optimize its appeal and market value. Our goal is to be much more than mere "key carriers" ; we want to be dream builders, accompanying our clients so they find exactly what they are looking for and helpong them to break down barriers. For me, seeing a client come back to us after their experience, is proof that we are doing our job well. 
 

YOU HAVE MENTIONED THE IMPORTANCE OF QUALITY OVER QUANTITY IN YOUR APPROACH TO REAL ESTATE. How does this translate into your strategy for the futur ?

 
Our strategy is to consolidate our presence in the dream markets where are already active and to remain references in real estate, whether it be transactions or promtions, through to property trading or real estate advice. Our niche is pleasure and high-end real estate ; for now, we are not necessarily looking to develop other agencies, but rather to strengthen our position and improve the quality of our advice and services. 
 

WHAT ARE  YOUR PLANS FOR THE FUTURE ?

 
Today, we are working to anticipate the needs of our clients and to offer innovative solutions to all the problems encountered. As the saying goes, "there are no problems, only solutions." We are developing a network of partners to be able to support our clients in carrying out work, by connecting them with an architect, for example. Going forward, I would like us to be seen not just as real estate agents, but able to deploy the full extent of the family's know-how, them to feel a real difference in their purchasing, selling, or construction experience.

My role is to accompany and support our team, to help them conclude deals and excel in their work. Thanks to our agency director, who takes care of more of the administrative management and compliance with VALLAT processes, I have the pleasure of being there as support and facilitator! It's a partnership and a distinction that are close to my heart.
